Yin Yoga
Yin yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues - ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body - rather than the muscles which are the physical focus of Yang (flow) yoga practices.
Sound Baths
A Sound Bath is an acoustic music healing journey designed to relax, reset, and calm your body and mind. It provides deep relaxation using crystal bowls, chimes, and other soothing sounds. This meditative experience helps release tension and soothes the nervous system, promoting overall well-being.
Slow Flow and Vinyasa Yoga
Class varies week to week with a mixture of active and resting poses. Slow Flow classes balance gentle stretches and movements. Vinyasa or Hot Yoga classes incorporate a mixture of Sun Salutations and dynamic poses at a faster pace. All classes end with a sound bath.
Yoga Reset
Designed to give your body the space it needs to adapt and recover from the stresses of exercise and daily life. This 60-minute class offers 45 minutes of mindful movement, focusing on flexibility and mobility through supported poses, stretching, slow flow sequences, and breathwork. The session concludes with a 15-minute sound bath, allowing you to relax deeply and restore your energy. You'll leave feeling refreshed, rebalanced, and ready to take on whatever comes next.
